The Fun Theory

I found this group called The Fun Theory who’s sponsored by Volkswagon.  They believe that the best way to make people do the unappealing is to make it fun!  Something I think we (as product designers) can all learn from!  Here’s what they have to say about it: “This site is dedicated to the thought that something as simple as fun is the easiest way to change people’s behaviour for the better. Be it for yourself, for the environment, or something entirely different, the only thing that matters is that it’s change for the better.”  And here’s a video on how to make people take the stairs instead of the escalator.
